18.01.2023 : Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA - Authorization
On January 18, 2023, GFO Portfolio Management & Consulting AG received the new license required for independent asset managers from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). This recognition confirms that we meet FINMA's high standards and quality requirements. The license is proof of the quality of our work and our long-term oriented business model.

01.01.2023 : New member of the Executive Board Cyrill B. Schröder
As of January 1, 2023, the GFO has welcomed a new employee, Mr. Cyrill Schröder, to the team. He will act as a member of the Executive Board and Portfolio Manager at GFO. Cyrill Schröder has more than 25 years of experience in banking in Switzerland and Asia. After holding various positions in Sales & Trading and Investment Consulting for external asset managers, he spent the last 12 years looking after wealthy private clients and family offices at Credit Suisse in Hong Kong and Singapore.
